UPDATE. :D

First of all, I just purchased this lovely pattern:

From this lovely seller!  OMGosh.  I cannot wait to make this up!  If you are going to be pregnant, you might as well be pregnant in a 1940's maternity dress.  Right?

Secondly, a cute goat update (thanks for reminding me, Amy!).  The goats were being  wiggle worms, so I wasn't able to get many good pictures.  However I did manage to snap a few of the babies' amazing first fleeces!  AH!

Hana has more of the type B fleece--fluffy with a bit of curl.  Not sure how long her actual coat will be.  We shall see.

Dave is taking after his mother and will have a type A coat (yippee!).  That means that it will be more Angora-ish--silky, with long curls that will probably have to be shorn versus brushed out.

Lastly, some garden pictures!

Marigolds (sooo pretty!)

Cucumber

Marigold

Blackberries!

Lavender

Chives

Nasturtiums--my first blossom!

First little tomato. :)

The herb garden

Peppers (we have green bell and banana)

And onions!

Everything seems to be growing well so far!

OH!  Did I mention we are getting some chickens?  Plymouth Barred Rock.  They hatched yesterday!  Whoop!

Well, I must sign off and go feed the animals.  Have a fantastic day, and if you haven't entered the giveaway yet, be sure to do so! :D

Love that pattern! I'm 28 weeks right now and have fallen in love with 40s and early 50s maternity patterns. They are so versatile and many meant to be worn afterwards, too. Plus, I've found them to be super easy to sew and way more flattering than much modern maternity. Can't wait to see what you make with your new pattern, and congratulations!
